Gold Coast Boat Licences offers a ‘special’ for both Boat and Jetski licence courses for $395, this includes Online Study fees.  Courses are 7days a week, start at 8.30am at the classroom (click here for classroom photo) at 332 Brisbane Road, Biggera Waters. (near Harbourtown) (click here for map)
Parking is provided directly in front of the classroom.

Boat practicals are conducted an Onyx 5.8mtr inflatable vessel with a 115hp Mercury 4-stroke outboard engine (see photo below).  Jetski practicals are conducted on a brand new Kawasaki Ultra 160hp model, latest features inc reverse camera, internet connection and much more. (see photo below).

You will need complete the Online study before you arrive, usually takes 3-4 hours to complete for a boat licence and an additional hour if you are completing the combined boat/jetski licence. Online study can be completed in sections or can be completed all at once. You can book online or call 0410594912 and you can pre-book any day you like without completing the online study but online study needs to be completed before arrival.   

Coffee/tea, bottled water and sunscreen is supplied.

Online Study is the most popular and preferred choice of study.  Choosing online study means on the day you book, you only have to complete a multiple choice exam and the on water practicals.(approx 2-3 hrs, times are based on students having some boat experience, some inexperienced students may require more training to be competent).  Scroll down the page or Click here to watch a boat practical video demonstration and/or Scroll down or Click here to watch a Jet Ski practical video demonstration of what will be required on the day to be competent on the boat and/or the Jetski practical assessment. Online study needs to be completed prior to arriving on the day you apply for your licence. Online study costs $25 for both Boat and Jetski courses, which is charged separately by the company who runs the online courses.
$15 for Boat, $10 for Jetski if doing individual online courses.
